To be sure that you are receiving all the information you have requested from, it is important that you “whitelist” our addresses. That is, you must instruct your email client that we’re the “good guys.”

GMail users should follow these instructions:

1. Locate any email from (for example the welcome letter you received when you requested information).

2. Drag that email to the “Primary” tab above your inbox.


That way you will be sure to receive all the information you requested.
